Instructions for preparing camera-ready paper

The Proceedings of GPW-17 will be published in online IPSJ Symposium Series issued by the Information Processing Society of Japan (IPSJ).

Please prepare your papers in accordance with the IPSJ Symposium series format. Each paper may consists of eight pages.

Here are brief formatting guidelines:

  1. File format: PDF
  2. Paper size: A4 (210mm x 297mm)
  3. Margins: 2.5cm (left/right), 3cm (top/bottom)
  4. Number of columns: two (text), one (title/affiliation/abstract)
  5. Abstract: about 100 words
  6. Please state no page numbers in the final manuscript.

The camera-ready papers must be submitted through EasyChair by October 10, 2017.

Preparing Posters

Please prepare a poster to present at the workshop if your paper is accepted as a poster presentation. The maximum size of a poster is A0: 841mm (Width) x 1189mm (Height).
Please also prepare a one-minute flash talk to give at the begining of your poster session.
