Hybrid style

The organization committee has decided that this year's conference is held in a hybrid style with some priority on onsite. The onsite venue is Hakone Seminar House.

How to Register

If you would like to participate, please transfer the participation fee by bank transfer. At the same time, please submit the registration form by November 5th. We are unable to provide a refund.

Your fee is sum of payments below.
- Conference & Proceedings -> the same as participation all days
- Accommodation -> 7,000 yen per night
- Meals -> 1,000 yen per breakfast (or lunch), 2,000 yen per dinner
-Banquet -> 2,000 yen
